Emil Sarnogoev is a serial entrepreneur who founded SkaDate in 2004. During his tenure of more than a decade as CEO, he has been overseeing creating and deploying technology solutions for dating and social networking websites. In 2015 Emil Sarnogoev founded a billing support company, Inbill, which focuses on streamlining consumer-facing billing support for large companies. Currently Mr. Sarnogoev is busy with creating mobile solutions for dating and social networking startups, billing support solutions for consumer websites, mentoring startups and speaking at events such as iDate.
